This is a gastronomic wine from Alsace with character, made from Bildstoecklé as its name suggests. It is surprising and original, a little contrary to the opulent aromas expected from this grape variety with its masculine vinification and less sugar. An Alsatian wine of terroir and character, gastronomic. Its mouth with floral notes of rose and spice. A finish of quince will revive each sip.
It will be as good as an aperitif as it will be with spicy Asian or Indian cuisine, or even with cheeses such as blue cheese or Munster.
