Composition :
A Gewurztraminer marc made from the finest and most fragrant grape variety in Alsace, with a PDO that complies with a regulated method. A typically Alsatian product with the exalting scents of lychee and rose.
This eau de vie is distilled from the remains of the grapes of the same name from our vines after pressing, preserved after the harvest. It is then left to ferment for a maximum of 6 weeks. It is said to aid digestion, and should be drunk at the end of a meal.
